About: This has got to be one of Proud Mary’s favourite coffees from Finca Hartmann. The Maragogipe variety’s history in Panama is tied to the Hartmanns, with them being the first farm in Panama to grow and export this treasure. The Mar- agogipe variety is a natural mutation of Typica and was discovered in Brazil near the city of Maragogipe in 1870. The honey processing on this coffee enhances its complexity and mouthfeel. Delicious and refined.
