Head Barista
Proud Mary Café, Collingwood

Join our Melbourne flagship, built on a love of coffee, people, and hospitality. We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee program and inspire our team in Collingwood.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the barista team on and off the machine
  • Showcasing and brewing some of the best coffees in the world
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting baristas to grow their skills
  • Working closely with the café leadership team to deliver a world-class guest experience
  • Driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every cup

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
  • Strong experience in high-volume, quality-focused café environments
  • Proven management experience with strong leadership and training skills
  • A calm and supportive presence on bar
  • Someone who values teamwork as much as coffee craft
