PURPOSE OF ROLE  - Work in alignment with the PMC vision, accomplish sales, revenue and marketing goals, expanding in AUS and while supporting company growth goals in APAC.    



B2B WHOLESALE & SALES – Oversee all sales and sales activity in the Australian and select markets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

  • Be accountable to Sales goals established as part of the PMC’s Operating Plan.    
  • Be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding annual sales revenue plan for PMC B2B sales.   
  • Pipeline Management - Be a point person for all “Outbound Sales” in the Australian region and as needed internationally. 
  • Uphold and execute the PMC methodology for proactively navigating Sales ‘lifecycle’ from opportunity to close. 
  • Proactively manage and report on Sales Targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  
  • Inbound Strategy – manage and see through the in-bound customer lifecycle, including vetting through to onboarding the right fits.   
  • Proposal and Pitching Documentation.  
  • Work with the Sales Director and Senior Team to Execute a sales plan for the select markets market. Help coordinate Key Accounts and traditional Sales resources to ‘get new business’ throughout the select markets.   
  • Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on Sales activities and initiatives, including active pipeline, close and revenue targets.    

RETENTION – Support retention efforts in AUS. Help support company goals to be the most trusted supplier in a competitive landscape.  

  • Help uphold Proud Mary’s key B2B relationships.    
  • Help uphold Proud Mary’s key relationships – equipment vendors, suppliers, etc.    
  • Generally, help drive volume growth among existing customers  
  • Lead onboarding of new customers, post-close to active and supported.   
  • Guide Training and Support initiatives for new and existing customers alike.    
  • Help navigate troubleshooting and preventative customer support efforts.    
  • Generally, uphold an outstanding Customer Experience at PMC.    


  • Serve as an evangelist for the Brand on the ground and in the field and help us keep everyone “in the loop”, from our employees to customers or the rest of the outside world, help get the word out.    
  • Participate actively in Marketing and Promotional Activity for PMC B2B.  Be accountable for maintaining an active voice for the PMC B2B on behalf of customers and Proud Mary alike.   
  • Develop and execute marketing efforts such as special events, promotions, partnerships, collaborations and other activities that support the visibility of the business.    
  • 4-5 Days / Month – shadow and assist Senior members with other-market expansion as well as it progresses.  


  • Help maintain and facilitate already smooth day-to-day operations across B2B.   
  • Support Production and Roasting Department heads to manage an already established fulfilment model.  Manage post-dispatch experience (good and bad).  
  • Serve as a conduit from B2B Customers to the Operations/Production team and vs. vs. 
  • Help troubleshoot and solve issues with orders, onboarding, etc and professionally offer solutions to customers.    
  • Look to leverage all Proud Mary’s Team and resources to expand PMC presence, including surrounding markets.    
  • Help leverage Digital Capability in support of our Global Strategic Anchors 
  • Help build the bridge from B2B to D2C to Café and vs-vs.

  • Select AUS markets B2B Revenue and Sales Goals  
  • Generally Uphold Company Culture and support PMC’s ‘People-first’ initiatives.    
  • Contribute to the overall Efficiency and workflow for the Sales Department.   
  • Work/Life Balance – Able to sustainably manage work commitments while having fun.   


  • 3-5 years of sales and/or restaurant management experience.   
  • 3-5 years Management experience, preferably in wholesale and retail programs and channels.   
  • At least 2 years' demonstrated experience in business development and outbound sales. Specialty Coffee preferred.    
  • Product knowledge mastery and demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for coffee.   


  • Working knowledge of financial and enterprise systems and programs.  – Unleashed & Hubspot are bonuses.  
  • Financial fundamentals, including basic books and record keeping.  
  • Knowledge of profit/loss and a high degree of proficiency in Excel.   
  • Working knowledge of the MS Suite. 
  • Competency in CRM platforms.  
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as part of a large or small project team.   
  • Should have solid understanding of specialty coffee in AUS and select markets as well as Food and Beverage.   
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.  
  • This person is based out of Collingwood, Victoria where we have a national roasting, production facility.   
  • Work is performed across the AUS and select markets, with a focus on  Melbourne metro and Regional Victoria.   
  • Will also include work in and travel to other targeted regions for B2B expansion.
