We want you to be over the moon with your Proud Mary coffee! We have strict quality control systems which sees our team cup and score every roast, everyday. All coffee must meet these high standards, or it will not make it out the door. Because of this, we do not except returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. For merchandise and brew gear
If merchandise, apparel, and/or brew equipment is broken or defective upon arrival, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from purchase.
If you want to make a return on merchandise, apparel, and/or brew equipment that is not broken or defective, the product must be unused, in its' original packaging and within 7 days from purchase. If we receive the product and it appears to be used you will not be refunded.
