COFFEE RETURNS

We have strict quality control systems which sees our team cup and score every roast everyday. All coffee must meet these high standards or it will not be dispatched. Because of this, we do not except returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at sales@proudmarycoffee.com.au.

MERCHANDISE & EQUIPMENT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All merchandise, apparel, and/or coffee equipment purchases are under a 14 day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please contact sales@proudmarycoffee.com.au with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return. Please return the goods within 14 day to Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, 200 Wellington street, Collingwood, 3066, VIC receive a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • We will not cover the return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All refunds for online purchases are processed through the online store to the bank account of the purchases.
  • Purchases can be exchanged at the Proud Mary Roastery located at 200 Wellington street, Collingwood, 3066, VIC.
