About: The Kirurumwe Farmer’s Cooperative planted their first coffee trees in 1950 and seven years later built the Kevote mill. In those days the cooperative had only 100 members but today its membership has grown to 4600! This is a credit to the cooperative’s success in enabling small-scale producers to pool their resources and gain access to international markets. This coffee from Kevote is very refined and delicate with a delightfully silky mouthfeel.
