About: Where’s the machete at? This is Ovidio ‘Machete’ Gomez’ second year producing natural processed coffee and he has refined and mastered the process. The Parainema variety is known for its very unique flavour profile and lively acidity. Ovidio’s natural processing has enhanced its complexity and tamed its acidity creating a fruity and balanced cup. We are getting ready for a big 2020 with Ovidio. Expect some exotic flavours to shoot out of Finca El Paraiso and into your cups!
