About: Nahun Fernandez has evolved into the master coffee processor of the Las Flores region in Santa Barbara, Honduras. He has consulted and assisted his neighbours by teaching them the very techniques he has acquired from Proud Mary; to improve taste profile, flavour qualities, and the overall coffee quality. The quality is so consistent that he has walked away with two awards for 2018! His washed Parainema is very vibrant and light with a complex acidity. It is the perfect filter for a sunny spring day!
