About: This man needs no introduction. Javier makes up one half of the Fernandez duo who have been delivering their sweet coffees to us from Finca Don Andres since 2012. Apart from contributing to the Chicos Buenos coffee, that brings the high notes to our Angel Wings blend, Javier also produces some exquisite micro-lots. Take for example this anaerobic honey Catuai, of which only 30kgs was produced this year!
