About: El Paraiso is a small farm at only 6 hectares but Diego is about producing coffees of distinguished quality over volume. At El Paraiso he grows Bourbon, Castillo, and Gesha varietals, and carries out processing experiments to bring out new and interesting flavour profiles in the coffees. Diego hopes that in the near future, through research and innovation, coffee will become a positive income source for all the families in his community.
