There are some hidden treasures and challenges amongst this landscape that allude to another world. La Siberia is known for harsh weather conditions and demanding terrain. Rafael Silva has delivered the family’s very first anaerobic processing for 2019. The whole coffee cherries are fermented in a sealed vat, pulped, and dried via the honey method.
