About: In the pursuit of innovation Proud Mary and Café Pacas have worked together since 2012. Our relationship has flourished and we have pushed the limits of quality year after year. This is our second year processing the prized Bernardina variety via a natural process. The coffee is hand-picked directly from the tree and sun-dried as whole cherry. Through this process, we get big tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and passionfruit.
