About: Jairo Arcila is a big character in the Colombian coffee world, and his natural Geisha is just like him! This lot was put together from several select pickings from Jairo's farm, Finca Castellon, in Quindio before being transported to La Pradera for processing by his sons, Carlos and Felipe, both coffee processing masters. The coffee cherries were dry fermented for 14 hours before being finished off on raised beds. Expect to find a big and complex array of flavours in this one!
