Elevation: 1920 masl
About: Juana Gallardo and her family started growing coffee on Finca El Naranjo in 2014. Situated in the mountains of San José de Alban, Nariño, the altitude and cool climate allows for the slow maturation of coffee cherries, developing complexity and sweetness. For this lot, whole cherries were pulped and spread out into thin layers on raised beds to dry. It has a syrupy body and a complex yellow stone fruit profile.
