WILDEST DREAMS (60 MINUTES | $45 pp) TASTERS EXPERIENCE
For those looking to dip their toes into the world of specialty coffee. We will take you through the common Quality Assurance process of ‘cupping’ which will include 5 different coffees available for tasting. Coarsely ground coffee is added to a glass, then boiling water is poured on top which you taste with special ‘cupping spoons’ which are used to take a small amount of brewed coffee and then you slurp!
ALL OR NOTHING (90 MINUTES | $65 pp) BREWERS EXPERIENCE
Perfect for the home barista, we will take you through our brew methods that make Aunty Pegs the forefront of black coffee in Melbourne. Best part? You’ll be the ones brewing! This will include an equipment overview, tailored brew recipes and general grind sizes for each different brewing method. We’ll teach you how to taste when coffee is over extracted versus under extracted, and how to precisely dial in to get that perfect cup of coffee every time. We will even send you home with some beans to play with.
