About: The doctor is in the house! Dr Robert K. Enders AKA Dr Enders was a dear friend to the Hartmann family. He had a small trailer where he lived while conducting zoological studies on the Ojo de Agua farm, where this coffee was grown. For 2019 this coffee has been fermented in an anaerobic (without oxygen) environment to create greater sweetness and complexity of flavour. Diagnosis... a big pineapple bomb with 10 cc’s of tropical fruits! Only 32 kgs were produced this year.
