Collingwood Coffee College - Latte Art
Hosted at Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, Latte Art is a 3-hour course that will start or progress employable skills and knowledge of milk composition, milk texturing, and how to free-pour to latte art championship rules and expectations. Boom!
By the end of this class you will be able to:
- Recognise how different milk components affect milk texturing.
- Break the milk-texturing process into 2-steps and achieve shiny, dense micro-foam; ideal for integrating with espresso.
- Learn and practise the practical steps involved to consistently pour a heart, tulip and rosetta to World Latte Art (WLA) judging criteria.
Delivered by a member of our training team who will provide a learning environment where you can try, test and clarify milk texturing and putting techniques into action to pour a variety of pattern designs; during the course and after the course so you can keep practising!
So no one gets left behind, we only run small classes and deliver weekly sessions.
